Photography is my refuge where words fail me, since the paint brush is now too brittle.

I grew up in a tiny town in Thailand before moving to Bangkok, Fresno, and now Los Angeles. I keep with me a small town essence where communities matter. I'm fascinated with cultures and sub-cultures while watching individuals defining their places within it.

People can be extraordinary. Whether it's the discipline of the minds, or the resilience of the bodies, I watch in admiration while hoping to translate the impressions into images. Photography, then, becomes my vehicle of communication, attempting to share what it is that I see in others.
